Are your items Halal-Certified?

Yes! All our cold-pressed juices and cold-brewed teas are Halal-Certified. 

 

How much is the delivery charge?

Shipping is free with a minimum spending of $40. 

Otherwise a $5.90 delivery fee applies.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

All orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. 

Place your order before Sunday, 2359 hours to get it delivered on Monday. 

Place your order before Wednesday, 2359 hours to get it delivered on Thursday. 

We will inform you if there are any delays in the delivery of your order.

 

Can I choose a specific time for delivery?

We currently provide the following shipping options:
Islandwide Delivery - before 10pm

Specific delivery time cannot be chosen at the moment. You will receive a call from us / email notification when your order is out for delivery.

 

What if I am not home when you deliver the items?

If you're not going to be home on Mondays or Thursdays, kindly leave a note under 'Special Instructions' stating where our delivery person can leave your items, example: on the shoe rack, in the riser, outside your door, with the neighbor etc.

Our juices and teas are packed with necessary coolants, so you do not have to worry about it getting spoiled! 

 

How do I drink my cold pressed juice?

There's really no right one way on how to drink your juices, but as an example, here's what we recommend: 

Morning - Feel the Beet; for that skin morning glow and energy
Afternoon - Perky Gingy (After food if you had something light) for productivity, eye and brain health & Greener Pastures to cool you in the hot weather
Evening - Greener Pastures, Acai-ted

 

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

It is possible to cancel your order by emailing us at hello@juicyfolks.sg! However, this has to be done before 6pm on the same day. Due to the nature of our business, we will not be able to entertain any requests for cancellation after this time.

We will only be able to reimburse you with store credit that has a one month validity from the date of issue.

 

What do I do if part of my order is missing or I receive damaged goods? 

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email at hello@juicyfolks.sg. 

Due to the perishable nature of our juices, if you do not let us know by email within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

 

How long do the beverages last?

Beverages are good for at least 10 days upon delivery and normally can last longer than that. Best before dates are printed on the bottles, have a look!

 

What is the optimal temperature for the juices to be stored?

The optimal temperature is between 4-6 Degrees Celsius (normal chiller). Anything above 10 Degrees Celsius may lead to spoilage. All juices should be consumed within 24 hours of opening and it is not advisable to leave drink non-chilled for an extended period of time.

 

Why do your juices have such a long shelf life?

Our juices go through HPP (High-Pressure Processing) that helps:

1) Eliminate harmful bacteria
2) Retain vitamins and minerals
3) Extend shelf life by up to 6 months
4) Keep juices #tastyaf (as fruit)

Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes do not work in conjunction with items purchased through "build your own care bundle". 

Promo codes cannot be stacked with one another.
