How much is the delivery charge?

Shipping is free if an order is more than $40.

Otherwise a $10 delivery fee applies.

When will my delivery arrive?

All orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days! Orders placed over the weekend will likely be delivered on Tuesday. However, if you have a specific date or time slot, please leave a comment at the shipping comment section.

Can I choose a specific time for delivery?

We currently provide the following shipping options:
Islandwide Shipping - 8am to 6pm

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

It is possible to cancel your order by emailing us at orders@juicyfolks.sg! However, this has to be done before 6pm on the same day. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

What do I do if part of my order is missing or I receive damaged goods? 

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email (orders@juicyfolks.sg). Due to the perishable nature of our juices, if you do not let us know by email within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

How long do the beverages last?

Beverages are good for at least 10 days upon delivery and normally can last longer than that. Best before dates are printed on the bottles, have a look!

What is the optimal temperature for the juices to be stored?

The optimal temperature is between 4-6 degree celsius (normal chiller). Anything above 10 degree celsius may lead to spoilage. All juices should be consumed within 24 hours of opening and it is not advisable to leave drink non-chilled for an extended period of time.

Why do your juices have such a long shelf life?

Our juices go through HPP (High-Pressure Processing) that helps:

1) Eliminate harmful bacteria
2) Retain vitamins and minerals
3) Extend shelf life by up to 6 months
4) Keep juices #tastyaf (as fruit)
